Application: 

• Insert 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment or connect the AC adapter (for LD-23A model) to the device and the power outlet. 
• Connect the cuff to the electronic unit by inserting the air hose plug into the appropriate socket. 
• Position the cuff on the upper arm so that the lower edge is approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow.
• Secure the cuff so that it fits snugly but does not cause discomfort.
• Sit comfortably, place the cuffed arm on the table with the palm facing up, and relax.
• Press the power button to start the measurement. The device will automatically pump air into the cuff and start the measurement.
• During the measurement, remain still and do not speak.
• When the measurement is complete, the device will automatically deflate the cuff and display the results on the screen: systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate.
