Application:

• Open the package, take out the heating pad, shake and leave for a few minutes to activate the reaction;
• Put it in a pocket (gloves / shoes / under clothes);
• After about an hour, take the heating pad out, shake it again to activate the reaction, and put it back in a closed space without oxygen. Repeat the procedure every hour
• After use, dispose of as general household waste.
